Our Xmate Valve 2/2 -Way Diaphragm Valve is forged from a single block of stainless steel, delivering high strength and superior surface finish for on/off control of hygienic fluids in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Precision-polished interiors and pharmaceutical-grade diaphragms make cleaning and maintenance effortless, meeting CIP/SIP requirements. The straight-through flow design ensures low fluid resistance and responsive actuation, making it widely suited for hygienic fluid lines across formulation, filtration, purification, and filling processes.

All valve bodies include a permanent heat number, which can be traced in accordance with EN 10204 3.1. All Exodc^® Xmate Valves are supplied with standard certified factory test reports (CMTRs).
